Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Find Hypnotherapy account here or in the Find Hypnotherapy app (menu → Delete account). We’ll delete it within 30 days and email you when it’s done.

What gets deleted

Your profile, photo, practitioner listing, images and videos
Your community posts and comments (they’re removed and shown as “[deleted]”)
Your reactions, votes, bookmarks, blocks, notification settings and app push registrations
Your live-session chat messages
Any active subscription is cancelled, and you’ll no longer be able to sign in

What we keep

Booking and financial records we’re required to keep by law, and a record that you asked for your account to be deleted and when we did it.
