About this service

A personalised 2–3 month programme designed to help you rebuild cognitive confidence and trust in your mind following brain injury. Combining RTT® with Guided Neuroplasticity Hypnotherapy, we’ll address limiting beliefs and patterns, then use focused suggestion, repetition and mental rehearsal to support memory, focus and concentration. With personalised audios, progress check-ins and reviews to support you throughout.
