Fatherhood Transformation Coach (Hypnosis-Informed) | Relationship Support for New Fathers I work with new fathers who are navigating one of the most challenging and overlooked transitions in adult life: becoming a parent while trying to stay emotionally connected to their partner. Many of the men I support are living with their partner, adjusting to life with a newborn, and quietly experiencing distance, tension, or disconnection in their relationship. They often describe feeling present physically, but less emotionally available—finding it harder to communicate, stay patient, or maintain intimacy while adapting to the demands of early fatherhood. My work focuses on helping fathers rebuild intimacy and communication with their partner during this transition, while also supporting emotional steadiness, clarity, and connection in themselves. ------ My approach My method combines hypnosis sessions, personalised audio recordings, and short structured coaching sessions designed to support real-world change. Each client typically works through: → Hypnosis sessions focused on emotional reset and pattern change → Personalised audio recordings to reinforce focus and new behaviours → 5 short coaching sessions to support communication, reflection, and practical application The aim is not just insight, but meaningful change in how you show up at home. ------ My background I am a qualified Hypnotist with extensive training in behaviour change, mindset work, and subconscious pattern approaches. Alongside this, I bring lived experience of the emotional challenges that can come with early fatherhood. Becoming a parent brought a significant shift in identity, connection, and emotional wellbeing for me personally, which is part of what led me into this field of work. That combination of professional experience, structured training, and lived experience informs a practical, grounded, and emotionally intelligent approach to supporting fathers. ------ What you can expect This is structured, focused work. We begin by understanding where you are now, what is happening in your relationship dynamic, and what you want to change.
