Transformational Clinical Hypnotherapist

Do you ever feel like your mind has a mind of its own? One minute you might feel okay, and the next you are overwhelmed with anxiety, doubt or stress? My name is Cat Williams and I’m known as The Stallion Mind Therapist. Just like a powerful stallion, your mind can be wild, reactive and difficult to control… or it can become one of your greatest assets when you learn how to understand and heal it, and to harness its beautiful power, natural confidence and potential. Many of the people I work with are outwardly capable, caring and functioning, yet internally they feel trapped by anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome or a constant fear of not being “good enough”. Often they have spent years trying different therapies or medications, or have tried to think their way out of patterns that actually live much deeper within the subconscious mind and nervous system. My unique BREAK Free Framework approach combines clinical hypnotherapy, strengths psychology coaching, CBT, trauma-informed counselling and therapeutic expertise from more than 25 years of experience helping clients to break free from subconscious internal patterns or fears. I am a Transformational Clinical Hypnotherapist, professional and TEDx speaker specialising in confidence, mind-set and mental health; and I am the author of The Stallion Mind and the Stallion Mind BREAK Free Framework. My sessions are supportive, down-to-earth and tailored to the individual. I integrate hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, therapeutic coaching, nervous system awareness and practical tools to help clients understand both why they feel stuck and how to move forward. Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I trained and worked as a Physiotherapist and Relationship Counsellor, which gave me a strong understanding of the connection between emotional wellbeing, relationships, stress, behaviour and the body itself. I have now run my own private therapy practice for over 11 years, helping people create lasting emotional and behavioural change rather than simply learning to “cope”. My work is also shaped by my own personal journey. Having grown up around unhealthy relational patterns, I understand first-hand how low self-esteem, anxiety, perfectionism and self-sabotage can quietly shape someone’s life from beneath the surface. This experience allows me to work with clients not from judgement, but from deep compassion, insight and understanding. As the author of The Stallion Mind and Stay Calm and Content No Matter What Life Throws At You, I am passionate about helping people see that many emotional struggles are not signs that they are failing, but signs that their mind has adapted to past experiences, pressures and beliefs. I often explain that we all have an “inner stallion” – the emotional, instinctive part of the mind designed to protect us. Sometimes that stallion becomes anxious, defensive, perfectionistic, avoidant or reactive because it believes it is keeping us safe. Therapy is not about “fighting” the mind. It is about understanding it, calming it and retraining it with compassion and confidence. Alongside my clinical work, I am also a TEDx speaker and professional public speaker, delivering talks on confidence, emotional wellbeing and subconscious transformation. My mission is to help people stop seeing themselves as broken and start recognising the strength, resilience and potential that may have been buried beneath years of fear, conditioning or self-doubt. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when people understand their mind differently, they begin to experience themselves differently too.

I support veterans, service leavers and their families as they adjust to life after military service, rebuild confidence and work towards a clearer sense of direction. With 25 years’ experience across British Army service, specialist welfare work, hypnotherapy and coaching, I bring a practical, trauma-informed and solution-focused approach to supporting positive change. Leaving the Armed Forces can affect far more than your job title. The loss of structure, identity, purpose and belonging can leave some people feeling unsettled, on edge, disconnected, frustrated or unsure who they are outside military life. My work offers a calm, confidential and practical space to explore the patterns, responses and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, so you can work towards greater clarity, confidence and steadiness. I served for 20 years in the British Army, including frontline tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, and spent 5 years working directly with the Army Welfare Service. That experience gives me a grounded understanding of military culture, welfare needs and the transition into civilian life. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist, with a British Army Approved Level 7 Diploma in Welfare. My main areas of practice include military transition, confidence and self-esteem, stress-related pressure, sleep-related difficulties, anger-related patterns, motivation and habit change. I can also support trauma-related responses where hypnotherapy and coaching are appropriate, particularly with veterans and service leavers. I do not diagnose, treat or cure PTSD, trauma, anxiety disorders, depression or any other medical or mental health condition. Hypnotherapy is not statutorily regulated in the UK. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care or emergency support. If you have a medical or mental health concern, please speak to your GP or an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. If you are in crisis or feel at risk of harming yourself or others, contact emergency services, NHS 111, your GP, or a crisis mental health service. I use a robust onboarding process to assess whether my work is appropriate. I collect GP details before beginning work and do not take on clients whose needs fall outside my scope. Where another form of support may be more suitable, I will signpost appropriately. I offer a free 30-minute consultation so you can ask questions, understand how I work and decide whether this feels like the right support for you. Outcomes are not guaranteed, as hypnotherapy and coaching are collaborative processes, but my aim is to support you in gaining clarity and working actively towards meaningful change.

With nearly two decades of experience as an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, my journey into the world of healing is rooted in a lifelong commitment to human potential. My path began over 30 years ago in counseling, but it was the rapid, profound shifts offered by Hypnotherapy, NLP, and Psychosensory therapies that truly captured my fascination. Today, I am an international practitioner, supervisor, and the founder of the "UK Women in Hypnosis and NLP" network. My Lived Experience My approach is not just academic; it is deeply informed by real-world experience. Before entering full-time therapy, I served as a Team Manager for the UK’s leading tour operator and coached for Business Wales. This background in leadership and business management allows me to bridge the gap between high-pressure professional environments and deep emotional healing. More importantly, my work is driven by a trauma-informed perspective. I have navigated the complexities of supporting loved ones through long-term illness and have personally walked the challenging path of menopause, becoming a vocal advocate for women experiencing "rarer" symptoms. I understand what it means to face "cataclysmic" life changes, and I use that empathy to create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients. Clinical Expertise I specialize in Anxiety, PTSD, and Complex Trauma (CPTSD). A significant part of my practice involves working with highly traumatized individuals, including ex-military personnel and those struggling with severe psychological distress. I am trained in a vast array of modalities, including: - BWRT Brain Working Recursive Therapy - EMDR & IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - Kinetic Shift & Regression Hypnosis -Old Pain 2 Go My Philosophy I believe that while we often look outside for validation, everything we need to heal is already within us. My role is to help you "unblock" that inner knowing and return to your natural state of peace and strength. Whether you are seeking relief from a phobia, managing a chronic condition, or recovering from deep-seated trauma, my goal is to provide bespoke, results-driven therapy that respects your unique journey.

Transactional Analysis Counselor & Clinic RTT® Practitioner

Milan, Milano

in-persononlineFree consultation

I was born and raised in Ivrea (Turin, Italy), where, under the aegis of Adriano Olivetti, I learnt that Man is at the centre of work and that work is at the service of society. With this in mind, I felt the need to pursue both humanistic and scientific studies, which led me to begin my career in a public utility services Company. There, particularly through my Operation Manager role, I focused my mission on helping people connect with themselves, identify their deepest motivations and find meaning in the trials they face in life. With my son’s birth, I then qualified as Transactional Analysis Counselor and I mainly trained in a center for women support and enhancement. While practicing my profession, I realized more deeply how useful it was to work on myself to learn more and more how to empathically connect with people, and I realized how much this process also involves spiritual as well as emotional work. This is the main reason why I joined Mindvalley and started practicing various forms of meditation and deepening my passion for energy medicine and metamedicine. I therefore work contextually on mind and body, to reach the unconscious part as well. With regard to this kind of work, in January 2024, I graduated in RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) and, in September 2025, I also graduated in Clinic RTT®. My aim is to offer guidance to become more aware and accepting of our own difficulties, immense resources and uniqueness, promoting an improvement in the quality of our existence through a profound journey through inner dialogue and the rediscovery of the power to shape reality.

Barbara Zironi

Certified Hypnotherapist, RTT® Therapist, Fertility Coach

Virginia Water

onlineFree consultation

Hi, my name is Barbara. I am Italian, and before becoming a clinical hypnotherapist and RTT practitioner, I worked as a forensic document examiner, specialising in forged documents, altered wills, and questioned signatures. In that work, I learned to notice what is often overlooked — the subtle inconsistencies and quiet details that reveal a deeper story beneath the surface. But it was life outside of work that changed everything for me when cancer entered my family, unapologetically. I witnessed the impact of serious illness on the people I loved most, and I experienced a profound sense of fear and helplessness. It felt raw. Grief, fear, and frustration ultimately shaped the direction of my life and brought me into a very different kind of understanding — one that could no longer be reached through analysis alone. It became clear to me that I wanted to support people in feeling calmer, more resourced, and more empowered in the face of emotional and physical distress. From there, I began to understand that transformation is not only about what can be proven, but about what can be felt — not only in external patterns, but in the internal patterns people carry within themselves: their thoughts, nervous systems, emotions, and the stories that quietly shape their lives. Today, this is at the heart of my work. I support people living with chronic pain, persistent symptoms, and nervous system overwhelm, especially when nothing else has fully helped them feel better or more at ease in themselves. My work is grounded, attentive, and deeply human. I meet people where they are, and I listen for what is beneath the surface — the places where words end, and experience begins. Many of my clients have already explored multiple forms of support before reaching out. Often, they are looking for a different approach — one that works more deeply with subconscious patterns, stress responses, and the mind–body connection. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, and fertility-related emotional challenges. My approach is calm, structured, and focused on supporting greater internal stability, emotional regulation, and a healthier relationship with symptoms over time. I work with a limited number of private clients to ensure continuity, depth, and quality of support. Areas of focus include: • Fibromyalgia and chronic widespread pain • Stress-related physical symptoms • Cancer-related experiences (emotional and physical impact) • Side effects and after-effects of cancer treatments • Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm • Nervous system dysregulation • Fertility-related emotional support and identity transitions This is a complementary therapeutic approach and does not replace medical or psychological care. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Working with me: I offer private 1:1 sessions using clinical hypnosis and RTT®-informed methods. Sessions are tailored to each client and designed to support calm, insight, and lasting change by working with subconscious and emotional patterns. If this resonates, you are welcome to book a complimentary call to explore whether this work feels right for you.

I am a trauma-informed hypnotherapist and coach with over 10 years of lived experience overcoming domestic abuse, alongside more than a decade of professional experience supporting individuals through complex emotional and psychological challenges. My own recovery journey gives me a deep, embodied understanding of trauma, relationship patterns, and the long-term impact of emotional abuse. I understand what it feels like to lose yourself in survival mode — and what it takes to rebuild in a way that is grounded, self-trusting, and sustainable. Before establishing my private practice, I spent four years in a specialist occupational welfare role within the Ministry of Defence, providing counselling support to serving soldiers and their families. This work required discretion, resilience, and a strong understanding of trauma, operational stress, identity shifts, and relationship breakdown. It shaped my calm, structured, and safety-led approach to client work. I am an Army Reservist and a committed advocate for the Armed Forces community. As a partner in the award-winning company Remaster Your Mind and a proud supporter of the Armed Forces Covenant, I remain closely connected to the military sector and understand its culture, pressures, and strengths. For over eight years, I have run a successful coaching and hypnotherapy practice specialising in trauma recovery, toxic and narcissistic relationship patterns, anxiety, confidence rebuilding, and subconscious reprogramming. My approach blends science-led modalities — including hypnotherapy, subconscious re-patterning, nervous system regulation, and behavioural change strategies — with grounded energy-based and embodiment practices to support emotional integration. The structure is evidence-informed; the work is compassionate; the results are lasting. Clients often come to me feeling anxious, stuck in repeating patterns, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Through structured subconscious work and forward-focused coaching, I help them create measurable transformation. I have supported hundreds of clients to: - Recover from domestic and narcissistic abuse - Break destructive attachment cycles - Rebuild self-worth and emotional stability - Reduce anxiety and regain control of intrusive thinking - Develop healthy, secure relationships - Build fulfilling careers and businesses with renewed confidence My clients describe feeling safe, deeply understood, and appropriately challenged — supported not only to heal, but to move forward with clarity and strength. My mission is simple: to help people fall in love with life again — not by bypassing their experiences, but by helping them reclaim control, rebuild trust in themselves, and create a future that feels aligned and secure.

Relationship Coach for Fathers (Transformational Work Specialist)

Hanau, Hessen

onlineFree consultation

Fatherhood Transformation Coach (Hypnosis-Informed) | Relationship Support for New Fathers I work with new fathers who are navigating one of the most challenging and overlooked transitions in adult life: becoming a parent while trying to stay emotionally connected to their partner. Many of the men I support are living with their partner, adjusting to life with a newborn, and quietly experiencing distance, tension, or disconnection in their relationship. They often describe feeling present physically, but less emotionally available—finding it harder to communicate, stay patient, or maintain intimacy while adapting to the demands of early fatherhood. My work focuses on helping fathers rebuild intimacy and communication with their partner during this transition, while also supporting emotional steadiness, clarity, and connection in themselves. ------ My approach My method combines hypnosis sessions, personalised audio recordings, and short structured coaching sessions designed to support real-world change. Each client typically works through: → Hypnosis sessions focused on emotional reset and pattern change → Personalised audio recordings to reinforce focus and new behaviours → 5 short coaching sessions to support communication, reflection, and practical application The aim is not just insight, but meaningful change in how you show up at home. ------ My background I am a qualified Hypnotist with extensive training in behaviour change, mindset work, and subconscious pattern approaches. Alongside this, I bring lived experience of the emotional challenges that can come with early fatherhood. Becoming a parent brought a significant shift in identity, connection, and emotional wellbeing for me personally, which is part of what led me into this field of work. That combination of professional experience, structured training, and lived experience informs a practical, grounded, and emotionally intelligent approach to supporting fathers. ------ What you can expect This is structured, focused work. We begin by understanding where you are now, what is happening in your relationship dynamic, and what you want to change. We then work through a process designed to help you: ▸Improve emotional communication with your partner ▸Rebuild intimacy and connection ▸Reduce reactive patterns such as withdrawal, frustration, or shutdown ▸Develop greater emotional presence during early fatherhood Progress looks different for everyone, but the focus is always on practical change that holds up in everyday life. ------ Important information My work is designed to support people who feel ready to improve their relationships and emotional wellbeing during the transition into fatherhood. It is not suitable for urgent, crisis, or emergency situations, or for individuals requiring immediate medical or mental health support. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions. My work is complementary and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. If your needs fall outside the scope of my practice, I will not proceed without appropriate safeguards and may recommend speaking with a GP or relevant health professional. ------ Free discovery call I offer a free discovery call so you can understand the process, ask questions, and explore whether this approach is the right fit for you. This is a straightforward conversation about where you are now, what you want to change, and what working together would look like in practice.

Hi, I’m Sabrina D’Amato, a hypnotherapist, RTT practitioner, breath/body work coach, and soul mentor based in Italy. I work online with clients around the world as well as with groups for live workshops. I speak Italian, English and French fluently. I bring together hypnotherapy, breathwork, body awareness and grounded mentoring to help you explore what may be going on beneath the surface. My sessions offer a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, better understand yourself, and begin to make changes that feel right for you. Before becoming a therapist, I was already a breathwork and bodywork coach, and before that an international soloist dancer. My own journey through injury, identity shift, recovery and personal growth has shaped the way I support others today. I believe that difficult experiences do not have to define us. They can become part of our strength and most precious side of who we are. A symbol I often return to is Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. To me, it reflects the idea that the parts of us that feel broken can actually show our meaningful, beautiful and whole being. My approach is warm, intuitive and grounded. I support people who want to reconnect with themselves, build inner steadiness, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. As a Certified Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational therapist (RTT®), I specialise in helping children and teenagers overcome anxiety, low self-esteem, fears, phobias, panic attacks, and other emotional challenges that can affect their happiness, confidence, and wellbeing. I believe that many struggles young people face are rooted in the beliefs they hold about themselves — and the wonderful thing about beliefs is that they can be changed. RTT® works by helping children and teens identify the root cause of their difficulties and gently reframe them. Limiting thoughts and patterns that may be holding them back can be gently reframed and new improved thoughts wired in their place. Young people today face enormous pressure, whether that’s anxiety around school, friendships, exams, speaking publicly, body image, or fear of failure. My aim is to help them feel calmer, more confident, emotionally resilient, and free to be themselves. I am passionate about helping children benefit from these tools early in life, so they can enjoy their childhood, make the most of their opportunities, and grow into confident, happy adults. I provide a warm, supportive, and safe space where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered to create lasting positive change.
