Why do so many capable, successful people still feel stuck? I work with professionals who seem calm and capable to everyone else, but inside feel overwhelmed, on edge or disconnected. I teach them how the mind actually works, so they can gain clarity, inner peace and self-trust. You might be the person others rely on. The one who keeps going. The one who performs, leads, solves problems and carries responsibility. Yet privately, you may feel as though something isn't shifting. You may have already explored counselling, coaching, mentoring or other forms of support. Some of it may have been helpful. But you still have the sense that there may be something deeper influencing how you think, feel or respond. That was certainly my experience. What I came to understand is that insight alone does not always create change. Sometimes we understand what is happening logically, yet continue to find ourselves repeating familiar patterns. My work is designed to help professionals, leaders and high performers explore those patterns with greater awareness, clarity and understanding. Clients often describe experiences such as: Feeling mentally busy and unable to switch off Performing well externally while feeling exhausted internally Being the capable one that everyone depends on Overthinking or second-guessing decisions Struggling to communicate needs or set boundaries Repeating similar relationship dynamics Feeling unseen despite external success Relying on habits or behaviours that no longer feel helpful Feeling self-aware, yet unsure how to move forward You don't need more advice you need a solution. Together, we explore questions such as: Why do the same patterns keep repeating? I work harder and still get no result? I have done everything I thought I should do, but nothing changes. Why? Clinical hypnotherapy for personal change, to help you make better more aligned decision to move forward with clarity. The aim is not to label you, diagnose you or tell you who you are. It is to help you better understand yourself, your experiences and the patterns that may be influencing your choices, behaviours and relationships. Through this process, many clients move towards: Greater self-awareness Increased clarity and perspective More confidence in decision-making Improved communication and boundaries Healthier personal and professional relationships A stronger sense of direction and purpose Reduced reliance on unhelpful coping strategies Greater trust in themselves My role is to provide a supportive, structured and professional environment in which you can explore your situation, develop greater understanding and identify practical next steps that feel right for you. I bring more than 25 years of experience working with people, pressure, behaviour and change. My background includes service in both the military and policing, and being where you might be down. I worked out a process that works based on your needs. I understand responsibility. I understand performance, and I understand how easy it can be to appear fine on the outside while carrying challenges privately. My approach is direct, respectful and grounded. No judgement. No empty motivation. No one-size-fits-all approach. Just an opportunity to explore what may be getting in your way and consider what meaningful change could look like for you. Free Clarity Call In your free clarity call, we'll explore: Where you are now What you've already tried What you would like to be different Whether this approach feels like the right fit What your next step might be You'll leave with a clearer understanding of your options and whether working together feels appropriate. There is no pressure and no obligation. Just an honest conversation. Disclaimer Hypnotherapy, coaching and mentoring can provide valuable personal and professional development support. They are not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, counselling, crisis services or emergency support. I do not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental health conditions. If you are concerned about your health or wellbeing, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

The certifications matter. I am trained in Hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy®, NLP, CBT, and Sound Healing. I have the credentials. But that is not why my sessions work. My sessions work because I have lived what you are carrying. I spent years in the grip of self-doubt and performed confidence so convincingly that no one around me knew I was barely holding it together inside. That is the real qualification. Not what I have read. What I have carried. What I have let go of. When you sit across from me, you are not meeting someone who has studied your pain from a distance. You are meeting someone who has come out the other side of it. And that changes everything about how we work together.

Hi, I’m Sabrina D’Amato, a hypnotherapist, RTT practitioner, breath/body work coach, and soul mentor based in Italy. I work online with international clients around the world as well as with groups for live workshops on request. I speak Italian, English and French fluently. A symbol I often return to is Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. To me, it reflects the idea that the parts of us that feel broken can actually show our meaningful, beautiful and whole being. My approach is warm, intuitive and grounded. I support clients, mainly high-potential women, who want to reconnect with themselves, with their soul purpose, build inner balance, and move forward with unshakable clarity and confidence. I bring together hypnotherapy, breathwork, body awareness and grounded mentoring to help you explore what may be going on beneath the surface. My sessions offer a safe, supportive space where you can better understand yourself, go to the root cause of what you want to understand and guide you to transform from within and master your own power. Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I was already a breathwork and bodywork coach, and before that an international soloist dancer. My own journey through injury, identity shift, recovery and personal growth has shaped the way I support others today. I believe that difficult experiences do not have to define us. They can become part of our strength and most precious side of who we are. I work with adults seeking greater confidence, self-worth, emotional resilience and personal growth. My work focuses on supporting clients in exploring patterns, beliefs and behaviours that may be limiting them. I do not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental health conditions. I work primarily with women who outwardly appear capable and successful, yet feel disconnected from themselves, uncertain of their next chapter, or drawn towards a deeper sense of meaning and alignment. We begin with a conversation about what brings you to me and what you would like to explore. The programme and each session are collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. The aim is to create a safe and supportive space for reflection, insight and transformation. These are among the main topics that my clients work on: confidence - self-worth - self-esteem - personal growth - life transitions - emotional resilience - stress-related patterns - identity shifts - pain management Why do they choose me: They feel stuck in repeating patterns... They're navigating a significant life transition... They're ready to build greater self-trust... They're searching to reconnect to their soul purpose... I regularly undertake continuing professional development, mention it. I engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to support ethical and reflective practice. My practice is protected by an insurance. Find more about me here: https://sabrinadamatomentor.com Book a conversation here: https://tidycal.com/sabrinadamato/discovery-call-with-sabrina
